Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the internal dashboard hosted at app.metaads88.com ("the Service") and the associated Meta App Ads88 Dashboard (App ID: 1676078010153621), collectively provided by Metaads88 ("we", "our", or "us").

1. Purpose

The Service is an internal operations tool used by Metaads88 and its authorised staff to manage Meta Business Manager infrastructure — business managers, ad accounts, payment methods, pixels, and client assignments — owned and operated by Metaads88 on behalf of paying clients.

2. Access

Access is limited to authorised operators of Metaads88. The Service is not offered as a public consumer product and access is gated behind a shared password.

3. Acceptable Use

Operators of the Service agree to:

• Follow the Meta Platform Terms, Advertising Policies, and Community Standards at all times.
• Not use the Service or Meta assets to run advertising in prohibited categories including but not limited to online gambling, adult content, unregulated financial products, or other content forbidden by Meta's policies.
• Only manage Meta assets that Metaads88 legitimately owns or has been granted access to.
• Handle client information — team member contacts, client details, payment method identifiers — with confidentiality.

4. Meta Assets

The Service reads and writes metadata about Meta Business Manager assets using System User access tokens owned by Metaads88. Metaads88 is solely responsible for the actions performed on those assets, including compliance with Meta's policies.

5. Client Data

Clients of Metaads88 do not access the Service directly. Client-related records inside the Service (names, contact info, payment method assignments) are entered manually by Metaads88 staff and are held in confidence. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Metaads88 does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any specific Meta Marketing API behaviour will remain unchanged over time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metaads88 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Termination

Metaads88 may revoke operator access at any time. Operators may stop using the Service at any time; requests to delete associated data can be made per the Data Deletion Instructions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the operator's jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
