Data Deletion Instructions

Metaads88 operates an internal dashboard (app.metaads88.com) and the Meta App Ads88 Dashboard (App ID: 1676078010153621). Because the Service is used exclusively by Metaads88 staff to manage Meta Business assets that Metaads88 owns, the data we hold is limited to metadata about our own Business Managers, ad accounts, payment methods, pixels, internal team members, and clients.

If you are a Metaads88 client or team member

To request removal of your personal records (name, contact information, notes) from the Service, email us with the details below. We will delete the requested records within 30 days of verification and confirm by email.

If you granted a Facebook / Meta login to Ads88 Dashboard

The Ads88 Dashboard App is used only server-side with System User tokens that Metaads88 generates from its own Business Managers. It does not perform user-facing Facebook Login. If for any reason you granted the App access to your Meta account and wish to revoke it, you can:

  1. Go to your Meta account settings: facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools
  2. Find Ads88 Dashboard in the list of connected apps.
  3. Click Remove to revoke all access.

Additionally, email us as described below and we will purge any residual server-side records associated with the given Facebook user ID.

Include in the message:

  • Your name (or organisation name).
  • Email or phone we have on file, if known.
  • Facebook / Meta user ID, if you granted the App access to your Meta account.
  • Brief description of the records you want deleted.

Response time

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
