Privacy Policy

Metaads88 ("we", "our", or "us") operates the internal dashboard hosted at app.metaads88.com ("the Service") and the Meta App named Ads88 Dashboard (App ID: 1676078010153621). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use the Service.

1. Who this Service is for

The Service is an internal operations tool used by Metaads88 and its authorised staff to manage Meta Business Manager (BM) infrastructure — including business managers, ad accounts, payment methods, pixels, and client assignments — that Metaads88 owns and operates on behalf of paying clients. It is not offered as a public consumer product.

2. Information we collect

We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate the Service:

• Meta Business data synced from the Meta Marketing API using System User tokens we own: Business Manager metadata, ad account IDs and names, payment method summaries (last-4 digits, brand, status — never full card numbers), spend aggregates, and pixel status.
• System User access tokens for the BMs we own, stored encrypted at rest and used only server-side to call the Meta Graph API on our own behalf.
• Operator records that we enter manually: names and contact info of internal team members and clients, notes, ownership tags, and security configuration such as landing-page whitelists.
• Session cookies to keep operators logged in (HMAC-signed, 7-day expiry).

3. How we use the information

• Display an inventory of the BMs, ad accounts, payment methods, and pixels we manage.
• Track which client is currently using which payment method or pixel.
• Monitor spend, account status, and policy-sensitive configuration.
• Send alerts to operators when accounts hit thresholds or configuration is missing.

We do not sell, share, or advertise any of the data collected. The Service does not run ads, does not use third-party analytics, and does not track end users of any website.

4. Data sharing

Data is not shared with third parties. Meta Business data comes from the Meta Graph API and is used solely for internal operations. Operators sign in with a shared password known only to Metaads88 staff.

5. Data retention & deletion

Meta-sourced data is kept as long as the underlying assets exist in the Meta Business Manager we manage. Operator-entered notes are retained until manually deleted. To request full deletion of data associated with a specific Meta identity, see our Data Deletion Instructions.

6. Security

The Service runs on a private server behind HTTPS with a shared strong password gate and HMAC-signed session cookies. Meta System User tokens are stored in a Postgres database on the same private server; the database is not exposed to the public internet.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. No data is knowingly collected from minors.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision.
